The Company has today been notified that on 14 June 2010 Computershare Trustees Limited, the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan, purchased 92,000 40p ‘A’ Ordinary Shares of the Company at £5.90 per share.
Details of these purchases are announced for information purposes because of the potential interest of Directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of shares under the Rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
