The Company announces that following the transfer of 12,134 Treasury Shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme the issued share capital for the ‘A’ ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,424,104 of which 710,138 (2.12%) are treasury shares.
