The Company announces that following the transfer of 762 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, and 6,810 Treasury Shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,424,104 of which 870,705 (2.61%) are treasury shares.
