The Company announces that following the transfer of 380 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,405,317 of which 878,277 (2.63%) are treasury shares.
