The Company wishes to advise that John Roberts, a Director, today sold 20,000 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company. Mr Roberts’ wife Rosalind Roberts also sold 15,000 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares today, and both sold at £5.23 per share. Mr and Mrs Roberts wish to inform the market that these sales are in relation to the funding of a property transaction.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
