21-Dec-2009: TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR AND PDMR
The Company wishes to advise that Tim Turner, a Director, on Friday 18th December, exercised a Senior Executive Share Option over 16,454 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, of which 9,427 were granted to him in July 2004 at a price of £2.63 per share and 7,027 were granted to him in July 2005 at a price of £3.67 per share.
Mr Turner then sold on the London Stock Exchange the 16,454 shares mentioned above, at a price of £5.05 per share.
The Company also wishes to advise that John Roberts, a Director, on Friday 18th December, exercised a Senior Executive Share Option over 23,053 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, of which 12,180 were granted to him in July 2003 at a price of £2.20 per share and 10,873 were granted to him in July 2004 at a price of £2.63 per share.
Mr Roberts then sold on the London Stock Exchange 15,925 of the shares mentioned above, at a price of £5.05 per share and 7,128 were transferred to his wife Rosalind Roberts.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
