Treasury Shares
The Company announces that following the transfer of 14,353 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme (please see separate announcement), the number of ‘A’ ordinary shares of £0.40 each in issue is 33,405,317 of which 918,164 (2.75%) are Treasury Shares.
For reporting purposes under the Listing Rules, TR1 the market should exclude any shares held in treasury.
