Purchase of own shares
The Company announces that on 17 July 2007 it purchased for holding as Treasury
21,386 'A' Ordinary shares of £1 each at a price of £18.71 per share.
The issued share capital now stands at 13,311,236 shares, which includes
364,170 treasury shares.
For reporting purposes under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the market
should exclude any shares held in treasury, giving an issued share capital of
12,947,066 shares.
