TRANSACTION BY A PDMR
The Company wishes to advise that on Friday 20 November, Marie Gracie, a PDMR, sold 4,684 £1 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares at a price of £5.11 per share and transferred 4,683 shares to her husband, Kenneth Graham. Kenneth Graham then notified the Company that on the same day he had sold 4,683 £1 ‘A’ Ordinary shares, also at £5.11 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
