The Company wishes to advise that Mark Dally, a PDMR, transferred 3,740 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares and 10,665 ‘B’ Ordinary 4p Shares to his spouse.
The Company also wishes to advise that Mark Dally, a PDMR, today exercised an Executive Share Option over 14,150 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in June 2003 at a price of £2.12 per share.
Mr Dally then transferred 14,150 shares to his spouse.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.

Mr Dally then transferred 14,150 shares to his spouse.
