Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. (“Fuller’s”), London’s only remaining traditional family brewer, today announces that Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, James Espey, will retire from the Fuller’s board as of today.

Michael Turner, Chairman of Fuller’s, said: “James joined Fuller’s as a Non Executive Director in 1998 and has been a good listener and a wise contributor on a wide range of topics. We have benefitted enormously from his advice, and we shall miss him.”

Notes to editors:
· James Espey has spent most of his career in the liquor industry, starting in Sales & Marketing in South Africa before holding a number of senior international management positions.

· In 2008, with two friends and former colleagues he created The Last Drop Distillers Ltd. to market very rare and old, limited edition Scotch whisky:

· John Dunsmore, recently appointed to the Board of Fullers, takes over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
