The Company wishes to advise that Marie Gracie, a PDMR, today exercised an Executive Share Option over 11,320 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to her in June 2003 at a price of £2.12 per share.
Ms Gracie then sold on the London Stock Exchange 7,094 shares, at a price of £3.40 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
