23-Oct-2008: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received a notification yesterday from the Executors of the estate of Audrey Earle informing it that they have sold on 21 October 500,000 ‘A’ ordinary 40p shares of the Company to settle an inheritance tax liability. This will take their holding from 1,338,975 down to 838,975 shares, representing 2.61% of the issued ‘A’ ordinary share capital of the Company.
Accordingly the estate of Audrey Earle no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company’s shares.
