EXECUTIVE SHARE OPTION SCHEME/SHARE SALE
The Company wishes to advise that Richard Fuller, a PDMR, today exercised an Executive Share Option over 2,730 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in December 1998 at a price of £1.84 per share.
Mr Fuller then sold on the London Stock Exchange the 2,730 shares, at a price of £4.00 per share.
Mr Fuller sold a further 5,000 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £4.00 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
SAVE AS YOU EARN SHARE OPTION SCHEME
The Company also announces that on 19 September 2008 ‘A’ Ordinary Share Options have been exercised by the following Directors and PDMR’s under the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme as follows:
