Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ('FST') announces that at today's Class meetings for the 'A' ordinary, 'B' ordinary and 'C' ordinary shareholders, and at the Annual General Meeting, all resolutions, including those electing and and re-electing Board members, were passed by the shareholders.
The following tables show the votes cast for each resolution:
