Treasury Shares
The Company announces that on 17th July 2008, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 388,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £4.05 per
share.
As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding
shares held in treasury is 31,818,483 ordinary shares.
