Delivery
Please note that we are currently only in position to deliver within the United Kingdom.
Order processing and delivery
Orders processed before 5pm will be processed and despatched in the next 2-3 working days. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you placed your Order.
Most orders will be sent via Nightfreight Courier however certain lightweight items (as indicated on the site) will be sent by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail
- Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
- Royal Mail delivery costs £3.95 P&P
- Royal Mail deliveries take place Monday – Saturday.
Nightfreight
- Your order will be despatched within 2-3 working days
- Delivery by courier costs £7.50 P&P
- Nightfreight deliveries take place Monday – Friday.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- If no one is available at the address when the delivery is attempted the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of the delivery attempt. Customers should telephone Nighfreight to re-arrange for a driver to return at a later time.
- If the customer fails to contact Nightfreight within 5 working days the products will be returned to The Brewery Shop, who will contact the customer in due course. Re-delivery by Nightfreight will be at the customer’s own expense.
In all cases we will inform you by email when the goods have been despatched. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving this email please contact our Brewery Shop team on 020 8996 2085.
