Ordering online
Shopping online with Fuller's is easy and secure.
1. Adding products to your basket
- Find the relevant product category and choose the item you are looking for.
- Select the size or colour option (if applicable) and add it to your basket by clicking on "Add to basket" button.
- The 'Your basket' page then appears.
- You can 'Continue Shopping' and repeat this step until you have all the products you wish to purchase in your basket.
Prices
The prices shown on the site are per unit and shown in pound Sterling (GBP). Some items may come in packs of 3 or 5 - if this is the case, the price displayed is per pack.
All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are added at the checkout.
2. Your shopping basket
The 'Your shopping basket' area on the top right of the screen shows you the total number of products and the total value of your basket, inclusive of P&P. At any time you can click on the basket to view its contents. On the 'Your shopping basket' page you can change the desired quantity of each product, remove products from your basket, proceed to the Checkout or Continue Shopping.
Please note: there is a maximum value per order of £360.00 and you will not be permitted to add any new items to your basket once it reaches this value. If you would like to buy items worth more than £360.00, please complete your existing order and place a new one for any additional items you wish to purchase.
Promotion code
If you have received a Fuller's Promotion Code (e.g. ABC123), just enter it into the box provided and click 'OK'. The promotion description and details will be displayed in your shopping basket, and the total amount will be shown net of any discount. Click 'Continue shopping' to continue browsing and to make further selections, or if your order is complete, click 'Checkout'.
3. Checkout
Check the list of products is correct, then click on the Checkout button on the 'Your Shopping Basket' page. You will now enter the secure checkout pages, with the following steps:-
- Your details: Enter your details for billing purposes, and for delivery if the goods are to be shipped to you.
- Delivery details: Enter delivery details if different from your billing address.
- Payment: Check the order details, then enter your credit or debit card details and 'Confirm Order'.
- Wait while your payment is processed.
- Order confirmation: This follows a successful payment, and means that your order has been successfully placed.

Terms of sale
By placing an order with Fuller's, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Your details
Make sure the email address you enter is correct, as it will be used to send you the order acknowledgement and dispatch notification.
Delivery details
If you wish us to send the products to another person, or to your work address for example, then you need to fill in separate delivery details.
Payment
You can pay securely online with a debit or credit card. We can currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron.

Order confirmation
Once your payment has been processed, you will be taken to the order confirmation screen. This means your order is now complete. Your electronic receipt with your order reference number is displayed on screen. Please print the order confirmation for your records. We will also send you an order acknowledgement by email.
