At Fuller's we aim to build a long and sustainable working relationship with our tenants and lessees to the benefit of both parties. We strive to be fair, honest and open in all our dealings with our tenants and lessees and we want to help them promote the Fuller's key values of outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service. We developed our first retail charter and guide more than five years ago and this edition has been accredited by BII Benchmarking and Accreditation Services Ltd (BIIBAS) and is not capable of being unilaterally altered. Any future revisions will be carried out in consultation with BIIBAS.
