Champagne Collet

Created in 1921, Champagne Collet in Ay is the oldest society of Champagne growers and takes its name from its founder. The early years were difficult and it was not until 1950 that the Company's growth really began with investment in new cellars and equipment, supported by increased sales. Today, after nearly 35 years, the society brings together 400 growers who between them own 600 hectares of the best vineyards in the Champagne region.

Collet's quality rests on three key factors, namely the sourcing of the finest raw materials, the use of modern technology and the use of time honoured methods and traditional cellar ageing of three years.

Despite never having been exported, these wines have recently scored extremely well in blind tastings and are of truly outstanding quality.
