Wine List Advice
If you are compiling a wine list, here are some suggestions which could help you create the right one for your customers:

- Try to make your list as diverse as possible, both by country and grape variety
- Create wine displays and give wine good visibility
- Make sure you always use clean, good quality glasses which help the enjoyment of wine
- Taste wines with your staff and encourage them to talk about them
- Remember - wine should be fun!
