At Fuller’s, we continue to invest in the quality of our kitchens. This includes the equipment, the facilities and, most importantly, it means we’re investing in our people.
So when it came to showing our customers that every dish served in a Fuller’s pub is prepared fresh, daily, in a real kitchen, we knew the perfect people to star in our adverts.
The Fuller’s Kitchen “We Take Taste Personally” adverts have been seen by millions of people across London, on the brewery banner, inside the Evening Standard, even across social media. And they all carry a message from one of our very own trained chefs, to show our customers their passion for fresh, hand-cooked food.

The Half Moon to reopen Spring 2017
The Half Moon in Herne Hill is due to reopen its doors in Spring 2017.
The pub, which has been closed for over two years, is being restored to its former glory. The Grade II listed building is being renovated to increase space and introduce a fantastic new kitchen. The pub was the beating heart of the local community and Fuller’s are keen to reintroduce it to the locals with a fantastic range of locally brewed beers.
The Tea Merchant reopens
The long-awaited Tea Merchant has now arrived in Canary Wharf, with our stunning new pub officially opened on Monday 3rd October.
It’s the new home of business breakfasts, post-work pints and all-day dining in Canary Wharf, taking over from The Cat and Canary, which used to occupy the same prime spot overlooking the North Dock.
The Tea Merchant makes the most of its enviable location with heated alfresco seating for up to 80 guests, and there are plenty of superb spaces inside too. There’s a new look dining area complete with large booths that are great for groups, plus an intimate ‘snug’ area available to hire for special events.
Then there’s ‘The Cabin’ - an exclusive, elegant new private-hire dining room elevated above the main dining area, affording guests unique views through its glass-panelled walls.
Even the kitchen has been revamped here, with a new open-plan design allowing diners to watch delicious dishes being created fresh from scratch.
The bar, meanwhile, has been stocked with all the usual Fuller’s favourites, plus a wide range of craft beers, premium wines and superb spirits - including signature Sipsmith’s gin infusions, made daily to promise fresh new flavours on every visit.
